Bericalce

Origin: Bericalce Italy
Texture: Dolomite lime with 12 months of ageing, limestone derivatives, selected Carrara marble granules, granulometry 0.2~0.4 mm. (VOC: 0 / water based hardeners, in resin form)
Applications: Walls – Floorings – Pool: Indoor / Outdoor spaces (In Plasterboard infrastructures, Smooth plaster, MDF, Marble, Tiles, Concrete, Floor heating).
Properties: Due to its ecological texture and its hydraulic lime content it becomes active by humidity (It absorbs humidity in a wet environment and discards it in a dry environment). At the same time is allows the free perspiration of walls thus regulating the “microclimate” of indoor spaces.
** The aforementioned properties are activated as long as no crystallization has been applied for full waterproofing.
Due to the absence of concrete it does not develop Alkalizations (white blotches)
Technical characteristics: Tensile strength 12 N/mm2 – Compression strength 45N/mm2 – Steam permeability SD ~=0.02m (DIN 52615) – Water absorption: W=0.2kg/cm2: 1/2h
* In cases of crystallization: SD ~=0.01m W=0.1kg/cm2: 3 h
Texture: Slightly granular with some color variations .
Suggested consumption: 0.7kg/layer (One layer is applied on the substrate of the Intonachino Floor)
Total thickness: 2.1 mm
Package: 18 kg bucket ( powder ) + 6 liters hardener.
Colorings: 30 standard colors and all NCS-RAL colors on demand.
