Texture: Lime and limestone derivatives, Lime with 16 months of ageing, Marbles of controlled cutting, granulometry 0.3~0.5 mm. (VOC: 0 / Ecological material)
Applications: Walls / Floorings: Indoor / Outdoor spaces (In Plasterboard infrastructures, Smooth plaster, Marble, Tiles, Concrete, MDF, Floor heating).
Properties: Due to its ecological texture and its hydraulic lime content it becomes active by humidity (It absorbs humidity in a wet environment and discards it in a dry environment). At the same time is allows the free perspiration of walls thus regulating the “microclimate” of indoor spaces. Due to the absence of concrete it does not develop Alkalizations (white blotches). For applications on floorings complete waterproofing is proposed by using 2 ingredient crystallization of the company square design, with a polyurethane – based semi-impregnation, with a MAT – SATINY result.
Technical characteristics: Tensile strength 10 N/mm2 – Compression strength 46N/mm2 – Steam permeability SD ~=0.03m (DIN 52615) – Water absorption: W=0.2kg/cm2: 1/2h PH13
Texture: Smooth with some color variations due to the natural ageing procedure of lime.
Proposed consumption: 1.1kg/layer (Applied in 2 layers)
Total thickness: 2.2 mm
Package: Readymade paste in a 25 kg bucket (duration of workability of a bucket after opening: 3 months)
Colorings: 30 standard colors and all NCS-RAL colors on demand.
Tips: For applications of floorings 6 days of ageing is proposed before applying the crystallization.
